01controller

Who is responsible for your data

1.1 The controller of your personal data is:

To be filled in at deployment: company name, address, tax number and register number.

1.2 For anything about your data, write to: the address will be given here before sign-ups open.

1.3 We have not appointed a data protection officer. Messages are answered by the person who runs the service.

02two places

Two places

2.1 Your data is in two places. The first is the account system at hustler.fyi: it handles signing in, the subscription and invoices. The second is your server: Hustler runs there and your content is there.

2.2 Content from your server does not go to the account system. The account system only knows the state of the server, for example “working” or “updating”.

2.3 You give us the data yourself. The only exception is payment information, which we receive from Stripe.

03account

Data in the account system

3.1 The account system holds only what is needed to run the account and the subscription:

Account
E-mail address, language of messages and the moment you accept the terms.Why: the account, signing in and messages about the service. Basis: contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). How long: until the account is deleted.
Signing in
Signed-in devices and sign-in attempts.Why: security of the account. Basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Subscription
State of the subscription, payment dates and payment identifiers at Stripe. We do not receive the card number.Why: selling and running the subscription. Basis: contract. How long: until the account is deleted.
Invoices
Invoice details and issued invoices.Why: billing and taxes. Basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). How long: 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax was due.
Server
Which server is yours, what state it is in and what technical events happened on it. No content.Why: preparing and maintaining the server. Basis: contract. How long: until the server is deleted. The record of closing and deletion alone, without the e-mail address and without content, is kept as long as invoices.
Messages
What you write to us and our answers.Why: help, complaints and defence against claims. Basis: our legitimate interest.

To be decided: how long we keep sign-in records and messages, and whether we record the IP address at sign-in.

3.2 After the account is deleted, nobody can sign in to it. Only the data needed for invoices remains, for the period given above.

04server

Data on your server

4.1 The server holds the content you enter or that Hustler creates for you: your profile, memory, conversations, bulletins and reports, files and settings.

4.2 We use it only so that Hustler works for you. The basis is the contract. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not train AI models on it.

4.3 In the profile you can describe your work, company, income, family and place of residence. You enter as much as you want. The more precise the profile, the better the bulletins fit.

4.4 Enter data of other people, for example your family, only as far as your own matters require.

For the lawyer to check: special categories of data, for example health data in connection with reliefs, and whether they need a separate, explicit consent.

4.5 The content stays on the server until the server is deleted. When that happens is described in the terms, part 9.

05management

Who manages your server

5.1 We manage the server: we install Hustler on it, update it, make backups and repair failures. So we have technical access to the server and to the data on it.

5.2 We use that access only to maintain the server. We do not read your content.

5.3 If you ask for help and helping requires looking at content, we first ask for your consent: for a specific scope and a limited time.

5.4 You connect to the server through a private network. Your Hustler is not exposed to the public internet.

5.5 Backups are encrypted and separate for every person. We keep them outside your server. The key to the backups is held by us and serves only to restore the server. The backups do not contain the sign-in data of your AI account.

To be decided: where we keep the backups and for how long.

5.6 We delete the backups together with the server.

06recipients

Who receives data

6.1 We use companies that process data on our behalf:

  • netcup GmbH (Germany) - servers and e-mail;
  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) - payments;
  • Infakt sp. z o.o. (Poland) - invoices. Invoices also go to the Polish National e-Invoice System (KSeF).

To be confirmed at deployment: the final list of companies (servers, e-mail, backups) and their exact names.

6.2 Some services you use under your own contract with the provider. These companies do not act on our behalf:

  • the provider of your AI plan (OpenAI or Anthropic). When Hustler writes a bulletin or answers in a conversation, it sends parts of your profile, notes and source content from your server, through your account. What the provider does with that data is set by its terms and by the settings of your account;
  • Tailscale - the private network between your devices and the server;
  • Telegram - only if you turn on notifications in Telegram. The message only says that a bulletin is waiting; it does not contain the bulletin.

To be decided: how devices join the private network and whether Telegram notifications will be available from the start.

6.3 We disclose data to public authorities when the law requires it.

6.4 We do not sell data. We have no advertising and no tracking tools.

07location

Where the data is

7.1 The account system and your server are in data centres in the European Union.

To be decided: the country where the servers are. We will name it once the data centre is chosen.

7.2 Stripe may process payment data outside the European Economic Area. It then uses the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7.3 The providers in point 6.2 may process data outside the European Economic Area, under their own terms.

08rights

Your rights

8.1 You have the right to:

  • get information about your data and a copy of it;
  • correct the data;
  • delete the data;
  • restrict its processing;
  • move the data to another provider;
  • object to processing that we base on a legitimate interest.

8.2 Most of this you can do without writing to us. You download account data in the account panel. You prepare a package of all content in Hustler's settings. You correct the profile in Hustler. You delete the account in the account panel.

8.3 For anything else, write to the address in point 1.2, preferably from the e-mail address of the account. We answer within a month.

8.4 You can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.

8.5 Giving data is voluntary. Without an e-mail address, however, we cannot create an account, and without the data required at payment we cannot sell the subscription.

09matching

Automatic matching

9.1 Hustler compares your profile with the content of the sources and picks what may concern you. That is what the service is. It happens on your server, using your AI plan.

9.2 The result is information for you. We make no decisions about you on its basis.

10site

Cookies and the site

10.1 The hustler.fyi site uses cookies only for signing in. It has no analytics and no advertising, which is why we do not ask for cookie consent.

10.2 The site loads nothing from other servers. The fonts and scripts are our own.

10.3 The site server keeps no log of visits. Sign-in attempts are recorded by the account system (part 3).

11changes

Changes

11.1 We will tell you about a change of this policy by e-mail before it applies. We will send earlier versions on request.

11.2 The policy applies from the day sign-ups open.

To be decided: the date from which the policy applies.
